Bib Pickup

• By Mail  –
  (Option Available through October 24)
  By selecting the mailing option ($20 postage and handling charge) on the registration form when you sign up. This option is available through October 24. Bibs and pins ONLY will be mailed via USPS Priority Mail the first week of November. Please be sure to include your full mailing address in your registration, including apartment/suite number/dorm, etc.

• Store Pickup from Friday November 11 – Sunday November 13
  (Option Available through October 31)
  Designate a pre-race weekend pickup location on the registration form when you sign up. There is no charge for picking up at a store. Pickup days at running stores are Friday, November 11 – Sunday, November 13 only. All bibs that are not picked up at the designated store will be returned to Annapolis after the close of business on November 15.
  See more information below on stores participating in the 2016 Annapolis Running Classic Bib Pickup, including hours of bib distribution and addresses. The last day to register and designate a store pickup is October 31.

• Charm City Run Annapolis, Thursday, November 17
  Any bibs that were designated for Store Pickup but are still at the stores at the close of business on Sunday, November 13 will be available for pickup on Thursday, November 17 at Charm City Run Annapolis. (Note: Only the Annapolis CCR will host the Thursday pickup).

• Expo, Friday November 18
  If no alternative location or USPS is selected, packet pickup will be held Friday, November 18 at the Expo at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium from 12:00pm to 8:00pm. Parking is FREE for those coming to the expo. Any bibs that were designated for Store Pickup but were not picked up will be available at the Expo.

• Race Day, Saturday November 19
  We will offer race-day pickup starting at 5:00am, but expect lines. We HIGHLY recommend the alternative pickup or mailing options if you can’t pick up on Friday.

Deadlines for Mailing and Running Store Pickup Options
The last day to specify the mailing option will be October 24. The last day to specify an alternative pickup location is October 31. After that date, only Friday or race day pickup will be available as pickup options.

Can’t pick up your bib yourself?

Pickup at Charm City Run Annapolis Thursday 11/17

Pickup at Expo on Friday 11/18 at Stadium noon-8pm

Pickup on Race Day from 5am – 6:45am

You MUST designate your selected alternative while registering. There is no charge for pickup at any of these sites. Your selected location will appear on your race confirmation. If a change in location is required, please notify us by October 31 to ensure that your bib will be at the proper location.

Pickup days at running stores are Friday, November 11– Sunday, November 13 during the store hours listed below. Bibs will no longer be available at the stores after Sunday and will be returned to Annapolis. If you miss the pickup dates at your selected location, your bib will be available at the Annapolis Charm City Run store on Thursday, November 17, the Expo at the Navy-Marine Corps Stadium on Friday, November 18 from noon-8pm, or on race day.

Anybody who does not choose an alternate location will be required to pick up their packet on Friday, November 18 from noon-8:00pm at the expo or on race day from 5:00 am to 6:45 am. Expect lines on race morning, so arrive early.
